This is an improved 15 amino acid 3XGS linker based on BBa_K1486004.

Usage and Biology

The 3XGS linker is an improvement we made based on BBa_K1486004.It is longer and more flexible, for the sequence of the same"GGGGS" has been changed according to the code degeneracy, making it easier for cloney PCR and other relative experiments.
